Colon Theater – A Coruña

The Colon Theater of A Coruña is in the animated Marina Avenue from the city. This theater opened in 1948, with a concert by the Municipal Symphony Orchestra, on the initiative of the show businessman Emilio Rey Romero.

The architect Jacobo Rodríguez-Losada Trulock had the Italian-style theater design in his hands. The ownership of the theater is in the hands of the Provincial Council of A Coruña and the programming management is done Caixa Galicia with the Caixa Galicia Foundation.
