Fataga It is located about 8 kilometers south of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, municipality to which it belongs, in the Gran Canaria Island. It is considered one of the most beautiful villages on the island and was declared Protected Landscape, for its aesthetic and cultural values.
Located on a rock that seems to collapse at the most unexpected moment, Fataga is surrounded by a landscape of beautiful mountains and steep ravines, with its channels populated by dense palm trees.
In the village the houses still retain their traditional architecture, in the narrow streets paved in stone. The church of San José, from the year 1880 it will be a magnificent visit to perform.
