Holy Land – Buenos Aires

The Holy Land Park is he world’s first religious theme park. It is located on Avenida Rafael Obligado 5790, in the North Waterfront of Buenos Aires.

Completely dedicated to the Holy Land and the history of Christianity, makes a tour of the life and work of Jesus, in addition to reproducing the streets of Jerusalem, with a sample of the customs of the time such as temples and markets.

In the Central plaza are carried out different shows musicals, dance, puppets and lasers, with which an approach to history is made. One of the most special attractions is the Resurrection of Christ, with the appearance of an 18-meter figure on the top of a hill, blessing the contestants.

It is advisable to visit the Museum of Religiosity, dedicated to the three great monotheistic religions and the Wailing Wall, where, as is done in the original, we can leave our prayers. The Living Nativity it is, with its hundreds of figures it is the largest in the world and together with the show of the Last Supper, are milestones within the walk.

The shows follow each other throughout the day, which will become an unforgettable day. As a souvenir it is possible to buy a handicraft from the ones they make in the Paseo de los Artesanos.

The schedule from the park, in winter it is Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 12 a.m. to 10 p.m. In summer, from Friday to Sunday and holidays from 16 to 24 hours.
