Honeymoon: wedding trip to Bali

The Bali Island, also known as the Island of the Gods, is a destination rich in cultural and spiritual experiences that make it attractive for the couple who are looking for an ideal place to spend their Honeymoon. This island is located in Indonesia and it is distinguished by its landscapes, natural treasures, tropical beaches, music, dance, endless parties, and a wide variety of water activities that we can do as a couple.

Within the activities that we can perform in Bali during our Honeymoon we have:

• Tirta Palace. In this palace we can spend a few days to visit the Water Palace, dive in Tulamben to visualize the remains of the Liberty (ship sunk in the area of the coast) and if we move south we will have the option to visit Candi Dasa, beach center where they practice water sports and we will find restaurants with the best of international gastronomy.

• Tanah Lot Temple. Located on the southern coast of Bali, this temple has been built on a cliff and has a luxurious structure so its access is restricted, however, it has become very popular as couples visiting Bali go to this place to promise yourself a happy life together. We can border it either by boat or by walking along the edge of the sea and from there we can enjoy a romantic evening appreciating the sunset.

• Pura Luhur Uluwatu. Coastal temple located on a cliff that exceeds seventy meters high and where we will find the most important monument in Bali: The Gunung Kaki. This monument, which is also the oldest on the island, is made up of ten royal tombs surrounded by lush vegetation.

•Beaches. The best beaches in Bali are to the south. In this area of the island we will find the best in tourist infrastructure and nightlife. The recommended beaches are: Playa Nusa Dua, here we can be part of the best shows in typical dances, visit a wide variety of craft shops and stay in five-star hotels with all-inclusive systems. Playa Sanur, recommended destination for those who have the budget with some limitations but who still seek to enjoy an exotic landscape and contact with nature. Katu Beach, only recommended for adventure sports fans although we will also find very good services at the hotels, restaurants and beach masseurs.

The prices to spend a honeymoon in Bali are relative to the type of hotel chosen, the activities we are going to do and if we are going to go with a tour or on our own. If we go with a personalized tour, the prices have an average of 800 to 1200 euros per person for a week in a 3 star hotel and 1500 to 2000 euros in 4 to 5 star hotels.
