The network of Metro of Madrid It is the second largest in the world with its 281 kilometers in twelve subway lines, three light subway lines. It is the most fast and economical to move around the city and nearby cities.
Its schedule is from 6 to 1.30 hours. Outside those hours runs the “Owl meter”, a bus with a route similar to the Metro lines.
Single tickets cost € 1 and there are savings bonds for ten trips. We can buy them at the ticket offices, in tobacconists or at the vending machines of the stations.
