There is a Ryanair phone number in Spain available to the passenger, thanks to which it is possible to send our claims to the Irish low-cost airline. However, you should keep in mind that, with Ryanair, this customer service is not free.
Below you have an index with all the points that we are going to deal with in this article.
Ryanair customer service
In addition to the customer service and information telephone, Ryanair also has a contact form that is filled in via the internet and a live chat service. Below we show you both ways to contact.
Ryanair puts at your disposal two different telephone lines according to the type of query you wish to make. You must call 00 44 871 2460011 (£ 0.10 / min plus the cost of the international call) if you are going to make a general consultation because you want to make a reservation and want information about:
- Available routes
- Documents necessary for the trip
- Ryanair terms and conditions
A Spanish speaking agent will attend you. This line is available from Monday to Friday from 08: 00-19: 00, Saturdays from 09: 00-18: 00 and Sundays from 10: 00-18: 00.
Secondly, if you wish to ask any questions once you have made your reservation (for changes or flight interruptions), you will have to call 902 051 292 (€ 0.09 / min). The schedule of this line is the same as that of the other.
We can fill out the Ryanair contact form through its website, which can be accessed by clicking on this link.
We will have to complete this form with the following information:
- Personal information
- Reason for the query (a drop-down list appears)
- Reservation confirmation number (locator)
The Ryanair contact form is available in the following languages: English, Portuguese, German, Spanish and Italian.
Live chat service
Ryanair has enabled a live chat service with a company agent on its website for queries related to your flight. The schedule is from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 19:00, Saturdays from 09:00 to 18:00 and Sundays from 10:00 to 18:00.
This new service has been rated by many users as comfortable, especially because it is free and does not force you to wait for an airline agent to assist you. To connect you must enter the following data:
- Your name
- Reservation number
- Email with which you booked the flight
It is possible that if there are many customers waiting for the chat, it will be slower and take longer than usual to assist you. In these cases, our advice is to try again after 3 to 4 minutes. There will come a time when a message appears with the average waiting time.
You can access this service for free by clicking on this link.
